Hi, everyone! I'm an elementary Special Education teacher in Roanoke City. I'm about to start my sixth year of teaching, and each year I feel increasingly prepared to provide my students with quality, effective instruction. As a career switcher, I have personally experienced the value in having a mentor who could support me during those early days of feeling as though I had no clue what I was doing. This has really fueled my desire to do the same for others, and I'm excited for the opportunity to grow as an educator and teacher mentor.

Hi Kelly,
I agree with you-having a mentor has been so helpful throughout my career as well! What is something beneficial your mentor taught you that you'd share with others?
